Moo 2 Yoo
MOO 2 YOO is situated in the heart of All Cannings in the beautiful Pewsey Vale and is owned by Husband and Wife team Mat & Chrissie Crossman.
Managing a 160 Friesian x Holstein herd near Devizes, Wiltshire.
Mat & Chrissie Crossman pasteurise their milk on farm for sale directly to the public at the push of a button.
By using DF Italia and Brunimat machines supplied by The Milk Station Company we’re cutting out the middle man and bridging the gap between the public and farm. Thus, offering our customers a much more environmentally friendly, sustainable way to purchase their milk whilst also reducing their plastic waste. We also supply quality milkshake syrups to add value to our milk and a treat for our customers, which have been so successful that we now supply many other milk venders and outlets across the UK and Ireland. Our milk is gently pasteurised on the farm and is totally unprocessed in any other way. Delightfully fresh straight from MOO 2 YOO!
Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses
Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses is an independent family run business producing exceptional quality milk and cheeses from their pedigree Guernsey cows.
Their hand crafted Suffolk Gold, Suffolk Blue, and various seasonal cheeses can be bought from the farm, or various local farmers markets. Winning the Green Award at the Best Alternative Land Enterprise (BALE) run by the Suffolk Agricultural Association is a testament to Jason and Katharine’s holistic approach to farming. Customers visiting the on-site farm shop can now also purchase delicious Guernsey milk that has travelled precisely zero miles from their Station 1 machine.
The Home Farmer
Based in Aysgarth, North Yorkshire, the Spence family pasteurise milk from their 80 cow herd and sell in glass bottles across the villages of Wensleydale by means of an ingenious mobile machine.
Ben Spence converted an Ifor Williams horsebox to incorporate a milk vending machine to sell his milk direct to consumers. He locates it in one village one day and another the next, following local market days . “All the locals know where our milk comes from; it’s fresh from the cows down the road and in the machine within 48 hours”, says Ben.
Horrington Hut
The Hares family have been farming in Wells for over 30 years and Josh first bought a second hand milk machine some three years ago.
With interest from local newspapers and exposure on regional television, sales quickly took off and despite being on a small road, Josh sells around 100 litres a day of pasteurised milk from his herd of Holstein Friesians.
The farm recently took delivery of a new refrigerated DFresh vending machine. It can sell reusable glass bottles but also lots of local produce as well. It has an elevator system that allows it to sell fragile things like eggs and jars of chutney as well as chilled produce, butter and cheeses. It stands alongside the milk machine and it is proving a hit with customers who like the whole ‘buy local’ concept.
Next on the list of things to put in the vending machine will be Honey, this year we have planted a small area of bee and butterfly mix to support the local pollinators!
Gelli Farm Raw Milk
Gelli Farm is a small, third generation dairy farm, situated in Bridgend. We currently farm pedigree Ayrshire dairy cows, famous for producing protein filled quality milk. As a family we have decided to open our farmgate and supply you with fresh, raw milk, straight from our dairy.
The Milk Station Company provided us with brilliant and efficient service, don’t stop what you’re doing!
Allen Valley Milk
Allen Valley Milk is produced in the Allen Valley surrounding Wimborne and Pamphill. We were awarded Best Dairy producer 2018 at The Taste of Dorset awards.
We are a traditional family farm based on The National Trusts Kingston Lacy estate.
Our free range herd of Friesian cows graze lush pastures surrounding our farm for as many months of the year as possible. Our meadows have been untouched for many years which enhances the flavour of our milk whilst also benefiting nature. All calves are reared by ourselves.
We aim to produce a product that tastes as milk should, it is fresh every day, it is pasteurised but otherwise untouched. It is not homogenised. There are 0 food miles in this product! Our milk is available to purchase from our vending machines at The Allendale Centre, Wimborne; Damory Vets, Blandford and Pamphill Farm Shop, Wimborne.
Isle of Arran Milk
Mortons Milk
We are David and Gillian Morton and we have 2 sons Jack and Jamie. On our family farm we have approximately 800 cattle of various ages and milk 300 dairy cows.
Our most recent venture on the farm is a self-serve Farm Shop where we sell our own simply delicious Pasteurised whole and Semi Skimmed milk together with fresh meat products, home baking, vegetables, breads, jams and preserves. We try to stock locally sourced foods of the very best quality.
Our Coffee House opened in early September and offers freshly ground coffee from our bean to cup self-serve coffee machine along with hot chocolate and a range of Birchall Teas. A large range of soft drinks, crisps and confectionary are also available within the coffee house for you to take away.
On the farm our cows graze on fresh lush green grass as long as the Scottish weather allows, this is around 6 months of the year. During the Autumn and Winter months our cows are housed in our state of the art shed which has climate controlled curtains to allow air flow and sunlight to circulate through the shed. The cows sleep on comfy cow mattresses and have access to unlimited amounts of silage (This is grass which is fermented and the cows love it!)
